Paul’s diverse background as a successful corporate executive, business owner, men’s ministry pastor and published author gives him a well-balanced and robust set of experiences to draw from as he coaches executive business leaders across North America. He is a certified business & life coach through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI) as well as the John Maxwell Academy.

Paul’s passion is to help business owners and leaders take their businesses to the next level, while inspiring them to lead a more balanced life through intentional goal setting in the following six areas: Faith / Family / Friendships / Fitness / Finances / Fun. Paul’s success with his coaching clients is due in large part to providing them with consistent wisdom, encouragement, and appropriate accountability to achieve all their life and business goals on a faith foundation. His sincere desire is to walk alongside you on your journey of life & work.

Paul currently is the Chairman of (3) CEO / Key Leader Advisory Boards in the Newport Beach / Irvine area of Orange County, California where he facilitates their monthly board meetings and provides executive-level coaching to each of the business owners and Key Leaders in the C-Suite. He also participates on Convene’s Executive Leadership Team, leading new Chair Orientation and Training.

When Paul isn’t coaching executives, he volunteers his time as an Elder at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA. where he was on staff as the Men’s Pastor prior to coming to Convene. Paul also serves on the Regional Board for the HOPE International Ministry.

Paul was born in New England and was raised in Long Island, New York. He attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree and later Duke Business School and Harvard for post-graduate studies. He moved to Orange County, California in the early 80’s, after graduating from The Ohio State University. He currently resides in Dana Point, CA with his beautiful wife Margaret who is British, originally from Manchester, England. They are blessed with 5 adult children and 9 grandchildren who live nearby in Orange County.

Paul began his professional career in the corporate world of the pharmaceutical industry where he spent 25 years with four Fortune 100 companies in a variety of leadership roles within business development, sales, and marketing. In 2009 Paul retired from the corporate world to pursue his entrepreneurial desires.

He founded “Newport Beach Vacation Properties” which grew to be the largest luxury vacation rental company in Newport Beach, CA. Paul and Margaret were blessed to be in a position to sell their company and move on to roles that are more in alignment with their purpose. Margaret is currently the first responder at Mariners Church for couples in crisis as a marriage coach.
