Paul is a certified leadership coach and trainer with the distinguished John Maxwell Group, and is in the process of receiving his life / business coach certification from PCCI (Professional Christian Coaching Institute) and the ICF (International Coaching Federation). He and his wife Margaret owned a life / business coaching company for several years called “Life Pathways Coaching”. Paul has a real passion for helping people identify their areas of gifting, discovering their dreams, and then developing plans to achieve those dreams. He also specializes in helping successful driven individuals achieve better life balance.
